BRIAN GRAY (Instructor)

Brian loves improv, and is thrilled to have a hand in helping more people improvise in Pittsburgh. Theater has always been an important part of Brian’s life. While studying software, Brian began his improv career with Carnegie Mellon’s resident improv troupe, the No Parking Players. He directed the troupe for a year, coached the performance group and taught workshops on campus.

Since his graduation in 2006, Brian has been an active member of the Pittsburgh improv community. He co-founded and directs Irony City which has performed in venues throughout Pittsburgh and in Philadelphia. He started and taught a monthly beginner’s workshop in Squirrel Hill for over 2 years. He has led corporate workshops focused on team building and public speaking. Brian is also a proud member of The Union, the SCIT Faculty house team.
