MICHAEL CAPRISTO (INSTRUCTOR)

Michael has been doing longform improv since 2007.  He has studied at the UCB Theatre in New York under many instructors and performed regularly with his team, The Belmonts, which is currently doing shows without him somehow.  In 2011, he joined the SCIT as a performer, teacher, and coach.   He was a member of house team The Intervention and often performed an improvised one-man show that made him very uncomfortable.

Michael currently resides in Los Angeles where the streets are paved with hot sunshine.  However, whenever he’s in Pittsburgh, you can find him teaching, coaching, performing, and watching improv at the SCIT!
